Caglan Takes from Zisimopoulos

Level 5 : 100/200, 25 ante
Georgios Zisimopoulos
Georgios Zisimopoulos

On the three-way flop of {Q-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, the player on the button bet 700 and was called by Georgios Zisimopoulos in the small blind. Timur Caglan, who won the 2016 PokerNews Cup in Rozvadov and finished second in the same tournament a few weeks ago here at the King's Casino, check-raised to 1,700 in the big blind and that picked up a call by Zisimopoulos only.

The {4-Clubs} turn saw a check-call by Zisimopoulos for 2,500 before the Greek checked again the {Q-Clubs} river. Caglan made it 4,000 to go and avoided a showdown after the fold of his opponent. Zisimopoulos is already on his second bullet while €5,300 High Roller third-place finisher Robert Schulz was waiting to be dealt in at the end of the hand.

Viliyan Petleshkov also walked into the tournament area with a ticket in the hand.
