Giacomo Fundaro took down the World Poker Tour Mazagan event in November 2012 for $166,704,, and he came close again a year later to winning another title in the WPT Caribbean St. Maarten when he finished second for $100,000 to Tony Dunst.
Fundaro has had plenty of success on the international poker circuit, and his biggest result was a second-place finish in the EPT San Remo Main Event for €298,700.
