Zech in the Top 5

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

Quirin Zech has been staying under the radar so far, but the German high-stakes specialist is among the top five in chips. The last hand saw him raise the cutoff to 1,000 and Andrey Malyshev defended his big blind to see the flop of {4-Clubs} {Q-Clubs} {J-Diamonds}. Both players checked and did so again for the {J-Spades} on the turn.

Malyshev then bet the {7-Clubs} river for 2,000 and Zech quickly called before mucking as quickly when his opponent flipped over {Q-Diamonds} {10-Spades}.
