Action was heads-up to the 8♠4♥3♦ flop, where Nick Maimone checked in the big blind. Trevor McMichael slid out a bet of 1,200,000 in middle position and the call was made.

The dealer revealed the 4♣ turn, where both players checked through to the 5♠ river.

Maimone led out with a bet of 4,500,000, and McMichael used a time bank card while considering his options. After taking some time, McMichael tossed in a calling chip.

Maimone showed J♠2♠ for a bluff, while McMichael tabled A♠K♦ to take down an early pot.

Lou Garza was one of the short stacks left in the room and he pushed out a raise to 6,500,000 in middle position. Justin Bonomo reraised from the small blind which got Roland Rokita to eventually fold his big blind. Garza called off his last 125,000 chips and the cards were tabled.

Belcher then led out on the 2♥ river, firing a bet of 2,200,000. Haynie used a time bank card before sliding his cards to the dealer, as Belcher recovered some lost chips.
