Level 8 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Vinay Boob opened 32,000 in the hijack and both Matthew Belcher on the button as well as Geoffrey Hum in the big blind made the call.

All three players checked to the J537 turn, where Hum led for 75,000. Boob made the call, and Belcher asked to see Hum's stack before deciding to do the same.

Rokas Asipauskas: A10

The flop of 106J hit both players and the runout of KJ left Lefrancois with the best of it to double up. Unfortunately it was a short-lived victory as Lefrancois was eliminated shortly after.

There was already around 500,000 in the middle as Stanislav Zegal and Jianwei Lin went heads-up to a flop of 1038.

Zegal then bet 135,000 from the small blind and Lin called on the button. The turn was the 5 and Zegal led out for another 205,000.

Lin went into the tank for several minutes, taking so long that several tablemates got up from their seats and began pacing around the table. Lin eventually moved all in and Zegal, with just over 400,000 remaining, snap-folded.

Lin showed JJ as he took in the pot.
