Chidwick Takes Down Four-Bet Pot

Michal Wywrot opened 26,000 under the gun and Johannes Straver called before Stephen Chidwick put in a three-bet to 95,000. Wywrot four-bet to 210,000, forcing Straver out of the pot while Chidwick made the call.

The dealer spread a flop of J♥9♠9♦, and Wywrot checked it over to Chidwick who put out a bet of 75,000. Wywrot called,

The 4♥ hit the turn, and Wywrot checked once again before Chidwick dropped 115,000 across the line. Wywrot thought about 10 seconds before saying, "Nice hand," as he mucked his cards.

Viktor Ustimov was on the button with a raise of 100,000 in front of him before Christian Dressler reraised to 235,000 under the gun. Ustimov then made it 375,000 and Dressler called.

The flop came K♠9♥2♥ and Ustimov bet 80,000. Dressler then moved all in and Ustimov snap-called.

Dressler showed down top pair, but Ustimov had top set as the board ran out 7♦10♠ to earn him the massive pot. Dressler got up from his seat to make his exit, but a count of the chips showed he had Ustimov's remaining 609,000 covered by just 30,000.

On the A♦J♣2♦ flop, the action checked to Garza who bet 30,000 before Chidwick check-raised to 125,000, and Garza called.

The 8♦ turn checked through to the Q♣ river which saw Chidwick lead for 90,000. Garza responded with a raise to 375,000, and Chidwick swiftly folded.

"We are fu*king playing games today!" exclaimed tablemate Nacho Barbero.

Johannes Straver also chimbed in, "It's a shame we aren't on the TV table anymore."

Aggression Doesn't Pay Off for Botez

Eliot Hudon opened in the hijack and Alexandra Botez defended the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of J♦9♠8♦, and Botez check-raised the bet of 25,000 to 75,000. Hudon made the call. The K♦ hit the turn an Botez continued for 111,000. Hudon called fairly quickly.

The 4♣ completed the board on the river and Botez blasted 450,000 across the line. Hudon went deep into the tank as he started talking aloud, "Usually women are on the tighter side, but I have a feeling your on the other side."

Hudon continued to tank as he tried to figure out Botez' hand, "Nine-ten maybe?"

After a few more seconds, he slapped a few chips across the line and heard the words he wanted to hear, 'Nice call."

Botez rolled 10♣8♠ for a pair of eights and a busted straight draw and Hudon pulled in the pot with two pair as he showed K♥J♣.

Duthie Hits the Turn, Herrmann Spikes the River For a Bustout

Herrmann was ahead with his aces but needed to dodge Duthie's pair and straight draw. The 8♦ fell on the turn to give Duthie the lead with two pair, but the 6♥ river gave Herrmann a better two pair.

Belcher Calls Down Correctly to Eliminate Olechnowicz

Ilia Arkhipov opened to 32,000 from middle position and was called by Vinay Boob in the cutoff and Aaron Olechnowicz on the button. In the small blind, Matthew Belcher three-bet to 160,000. Arkhipov and Boob got out of the way before Olechnowicz quickly put in the call.

On the J♠9♠5♣ flop, Belcher continued for 100,000 and Olechnowicz called.

The turn was the A♦. Belcher slowed down with a check and Olechnowicz bet 200,000, which Belcher called.

On the 10♥ river, Belcher checked to Olechnowicz who snap-jammed for his remaining 360,000. Belcher would spend around a minute in the tank before he cut out calling chips and placed them into the middle.

Olechnowicz was bluffing with no pair, no draw, and no relevant blockers while Belcher made the correct river decision to eliminate his opponent in a massive pot.

The dealer spread a flop of Q♥5♦4♣, and Berg checked to Kisacikoglu who continued for 16,000. Berg put in a check-raise to 45,000 and Kisacikoglu called.

The 3♥ landed on the turn and Berg continued to fire, announcing a bet of 85,000 as he dropped a green chip across the line. Kisacikoglu took a few moments and made the call.

The board completed with the 4♠ on the river and both players tapped the table. Berg rolled 8♥5♠ for a flopped pair of fives and Kisacikoglu showed Q♣8♣ to pull in the pot.
