Level 4 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Yoseph Yehudai opened 12,000 under the gun and called a three-bet from Matthew Belcher on his immediate left.

When the 742 flop hit the felt, Yehudai check-called a bet of 25,000.

The J fell on the turn and both players tapped the table to see the 6 on the river. Yehudai checked for a final time before facing a bet of 62,000. He quickly made the call and Belcher tabled 1010 which was no good as Yehudai rolled KK.

No Showdown for Mokri

Level 4 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Neil Warren opened 17,000 in the hijack and both Kayhan Mokri in the cutoff and Martins Adeniya in the big blind made the call.

The dealer spread a flop of A85, and the action checked to Mokri who fired 12,000 into the middle. Adeniya got out of the way, but Warren stuck around with a call.

When the 2 hit the turn, Warren checked to Mokri as he continued for 55,000. This time Warren surrendered the pot as his cards hit the muck.

Health > Wealth: Texas Mike Questions Stamina After “4-Bet Jam Nuclear Punt” in $100K

Level 4 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

What is a player to do when they love tournament poker, their mind allows them to compete against the best of the best, but their body doesn’t want to cooperate? That’s a question “Texas” Mike Moncek, who suffers from a heart condition, asked himself Wednesday night after playing in the 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Paradise Event #7: $100,000 Triton Main Event.

The tournament, which is being live reported by PokerNews, attracted 182 entrants and offered up an $18,200,000 prize pool. On Day 2, a little over 40 players remained when Texas Mike, in his own words, “punted.”

Velasevic Sends Sverko Out

Level 4 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Danilo Velasevic opened to 12,000 in early position and Neil Warren made the call on his left. Action folded around to Gregor Sverko in the big blind, who three-bet to 60,000.

Velasevic was the only caller to the 9QA flop, where Sverko led out for 30,000. Velasevic called and the 7 turn was flipped over.

Sverko checked to Velasevic, who announced a bet of 80,000. After taking some time, Sverko called and the dealer turned over the 10 river.

Another check from Sverko was followed by Velasevic moving all in. Facing a decision for the rest of his chips, Sverko took several minutes before tossing in a calling chip.

Velasevic tabled 99 for a flopped set of nines, while Sverko showed AK on his way to the rail.

Dan Stavila raised to 15,000 on the button and Dietrich Fast three-bet to 70,000 from the big blind. Stavila clicked it back with a four-bet to 130,000 and Fast just called.

The flop fell K62 and Fast check-called a bet of 56,000 from Stavila. The action was the same on the 3 turn, this time for the amount of 150,000.
