Rough Day for Barer

Level 8 : 400/800, 100 ante

Jack Salter just came over and asked whether or not Ami Barer had busted, thus we headed to his former table with Yu Kurita and Byron Kaverman. It was indeed Kaverman, who sent him to the rail in the last level. "Yeah, he had a rough day," Kaverman said. After the open-raise of the American, Barer moved all in for 14,000 with {A-} {K-} and got called by Kaverman with {A-} {10-}.

The {K-} {5-} {5-} saw Barer in great shape to double up, but the {Q-} turn and the {J-} river sent the reigning Aussie Millions champion to the rail.
