Zhao Claims Omaha-8 Pot

Level 17

Omaha Hi-Lo

Jason Gray chose his favorite game of Omaha Hi-Lo, but the action folded to Brian Rast in the small blind who raised to 6,000. David Zhao bumped it up to 9,000 and Rast called before check-calling 3,000 when the turn flop fell {Q-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades}.

The turn landed the {J-Spades} and Rast led for 6,000 with Zhao calling as both players checked the {9-Diamonds} on the river.

Rast tabled his {A-Spades}{K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}, but it would be Zhao's {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} that would see him capture the pot.

Young Takes One from Khouiss' Game

Level 17

Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo

Three players saw fourth street with Rory Young betting out and both David Zhao and Sam Khouiss calling. Fifth street saw Young fire again with only Khouiss calling as sixth street repeated the betting action.

Young: {X-}{X-} / {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{Q-Spades} / {X-}
Zhao: {X-}{X-} / {4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} (folded on fifth)
Khouiss: {X-}{X-} / {4-Spades}{2-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{9-Clubs} / {X-}

On seventh, Young bet and Khouiss deliberated for a few moments before folding saying he needed a five to scoop.

Young tabled his {A-Clubs}{5-Hearts} / {2-Diamonds} and raked in the pot in a game that Khouiss himself chose.
