Stephen Lindeblad Eliminated in 4th Place (AU$43,986)

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Stephen Lindeblad - 4th Place
Stephen Lindeblad - 4th Place

Hand #85: Daniel Murphy had the button to start this hand, and Didier Guerin received a walk in the big blind.

Hand #86: Luke Brabin started this hand with the button, and he opened with a raise to 36,000. Stephen Lindeblad reared all in for around 170,000, and Brabin quickly called.

Lindeblad was at risk with the {2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}, and Brabin had the {A-Clubs}{K-Clubs},.

The {7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop kept Lindeblad in front, but gave some counterfeit outs to Brabin. The turn did just that and counterfeited Lindeblad when the {5-Diamonds} fell to give Brabin the lead.

The river completed the board with the {8-Hearts}, and Brabin won the pot to eliminate Lindeblad in fourth place.

Lindeblad Folds to Shove from Murphy

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Hand #80: It looks like Didier Guerin had limped from the button and Luke Brabin checked his option out of the big blind. On the {4-Spades} {2-Spades} {3-Diamonds} flop, Brabin check-raised from 34,000 to 84,000 and Guerin gave up his steal attempt.

Hand #81: Brabin limped the small blind and Guerin checked. The {7-Hearts} {K-Spades} {4-Diamonds} flop was checked through as well and Lindeblad then bet 32,000 on the {4-Spades} turn. Guerin folded and Lindeblad showed {5-Diamonds} {4-Hearts} for turned trips.

Hand #82: Guerin got a walk in the big blind and showed {A-Diamonds} {J-Hearts}.

Hand #83: Lindeblad raised to 32,000 from the button and Daniel Murphy moved all in. There was no call.

Hand #84: Limped pot between Murphy and Brabin. The {8-Diamonds} {4-Hearts} {8-Spades} flop was checked as well and Brabin won the pot on the {5-Spades} turn with a bet of 23,000.

Murphy Flexing

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Hand #75: On the {K-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{6-Hearts}, Luke Brabin bet 29,000 after Daniel Murphy checked. Murphy check-raised to 76,000, and Brabin folded.

Hand #76: Brabin received a walk in the big blind.

Hand #77: Unknown action.

Hand #78: Brabin began the hand with the button, and he raised to 27,000. Didier Guerin called from the big blind, and the flop came down {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}. Guerin and Brabin both checked to see the {10-Hearts} pair the board on the turn. Guerin checked, and Brabin bet 39,000. Guerin called, and the river was the {7-Diamonds}.

On the river, Guerin checked, and Brabin bet 69,000. Guerin went into the tank and looked as though he had a real decision on his hands. Eventually, he called, but saw the bad news when Brabin tabled the {A-Clubs}{10-Spades} for a full house. Guerin mucked, and Brabin raked in the pot.

Hand #79: On the last hand of the level, Brabin opened to 24,000 from under the gun. Daniel Murphy called from the big blind, and the flop came down {A-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs}. Murphy checked, and Brabin bet 29,000. Murphy called, and the turn was the {8-Diamonds}. Both players checked.

The river was the {K-Diamonds}, and Brabin bet 44,000. Murphy immediately double-fisted a raise to 132,000, and Brabin went into the tank. He folded, and Murphy let out a big cheer for his rail and even flexed a little bit.

Lindeblad Losing Some

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Hand #70: Daniel Murphy raised to 27,000 and got two callers out of the blinds in Stephen Lindeblad and Didier Guerin. The three of them checked the {6-Spades} {2-Diamonds} {10-Spades} flop and initial raiser Murphy bet 37,000 on the {8-Spades} turn. Lindeblad check-called that whereas Guerin tossed his cards into the muck.

The {K-Clubs} on the river completed the board and Lindeblad check-folded to a bet of 37,000 by Murphy. He got shown {K-Diamonds} {9-Hearts} for a pair of kings.

Hand #71: Guerin raised to 36,000 out of the small blind and got a call by Murphy from one seat over. Murphy fired the flop of {K-Clubs} {8-Hearts} {3-Hearts} for 72,000 and Guerin check-called. The {9-Clubs} on the turn and a six on the river were checked through and they chopped the pot with {K-Spades} {5-Spades} for Murphy and {K-Diamonds} {4-Hearts} for Guerin.

Hand #72: Guerin raised to 25,000 from the button and Luke Brabin called out of the big blind. Brabin then check-called 30,000 on the {2-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds} {10-Clubs} flop. There was no action on the {5-Spades} turn but Brabin then bet the {7-Hearts} river to avoid a showdown and claim the pot.

Hand #73: Brabin raised to 24,000 out of the small blind and Lindeblad folded.

Hand #74: Lindeblad made it 26,000 to go out of the small blind and Guerin called. On the {4-Spades} {K-Diamonds} {2-Spades} flop, Lindeblad check-called 33,000 and the {8-Clubs} turn as well as the {10-Clubs} river were checked through. Guerin showed {6-Spades} {8-Diamonds} as winning hand and Lindeblad had some words for the camera.

Lindeblad Shoving and Showing

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Hand #65: Daniel Murphy had the button to start this hand. Luke Brabin raised to 29,000 after the action folded to him in the small blind, and Stephen Lindeblad called from the big blind to see the flop come down {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}. Brabin bet 34,000, and Lindeblad raised all in for 136,000. Brabin folded, and Lindeblad showed the {J-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}.

Hand #66: Brabin began the hand with the button, and Lindeblad opened to 28,000 from the small blind after play folded to him. Didier Guerin called from the big blind, and the flop came out {K-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}. Lindeblad checked, and Guerin checked behind.

The turn was the {A-Clubs}, and both players checked to see the {8-Hearts} land on the river. Both players checked again, and Lindeblad showed the {A-Spades}{7-Spades} to win the pot. Guerin mucked.

Hand #67: Lindeblad had the button, and Luke Brabin opened to action with a raise to 24,000. Lindeblad reraised to 45,000, and he won the pot with the three-bet.

Hand #68: Guerin raised to 25,000 from the button to take down the pot.

Hand #69: Brabin raised to 34,000 from the small blind, and Lindeblad moved all in. Brabin looked back at his hand, but gave it up, and Lindeblad showed him the {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}.

Brabin Benefits the Most

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Hand #60: Daniel Murphy limped the small blind and Luke Brabin checked his option from one seat over. The {2-Spades} {Q-Spades} {K-Clubs} flop was checked through by both and Murphy also checked the {9-Spades} on the turn. Brabin bet 24,000 and was called quickly before both then checked the {Q-Hearts} on the river again. Murphy showed {J-Hearts} {3-Hearts} but that was only second best to the {9-Clubs} {4-Spades} of Brabin.

Hand #61: Didier Guerin raised to 25,000 and got called by Brabin in the small blind and Stephen Lindeblad in the big blind. The {J-Spades} {5-Hearts} {5-Spades} flop got checked to the initial raiser and Guerin made it 29,000 to go. Only Brabin called and he also check-called 67,000 on the {3-Hearts} turn.

Brabin eventually donk-bet 99,000 after the {4-Spades} river and Guerin was sent into the think tank. "That's my number," he said with a smile. About one minute later he mucked the cards and gave up the pot.

Hand #62: Lindeblad limped the small blind and Guerin checked out of the big blind. On the {3-Hearts} {7-Hearts} {6-Diamonds} flop, Lindeblad check-called 28,000 almost immediately and checked to Guerin again on the {8-Spades} turn. Now Guerin fired 66,000 and Lindeblad was not amused. He grabbed his cards, showed {A-Spades} {Q-} and smacked them onto the table - fold.

Hand #63: Brabin raised to 24,000 and got two callers in Guerin and Murphy out of the blinds. The {4-Clubs} {5-Clubs} {9-Hearts} {2-Spades} {7-Diamonds} board was checked until the river and Brabin took down the pot with a bet of 39,000.

Hand #64: Lindeblad raised to 28,000 and Murphy called out of the small blind. Both opponents checked the {7-Clubs} {Q-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} flop, Murphy bet 47,000 on the {6-Diamonds} turn. Lindeblad called and both checked the {Q-Hearts} river. Murphy turned over {8-Hearts} {7-Hearts} and that was enough to rake in the pot.
