De Smet Doubles Through Moolhuizen

Laurens de Smet raised to 42,000 in a battle of the blinds with David Janssen and the latter called, also calling a continuation bet worth 53,000 on the flop {8-Spades}{J-Clubs}{10-Hearts}. De Smet then shoved the {K-Hearts} turn and Janssen folded.

One hand later, de Smet opened to 33,000 and Mateusz Moolhuizen three-bet to 76,000 from the big blind. De Smet shoved and Moolhuizen quickly called, then sighed when he saw himself drawing to two outs.

Moolhuizen: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}
De Smet: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

The board ran out {2-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{3-Spades}{K-Diamonds} and the Belgian doubled up.

First Action on Both Tables

Ian Simpson raised to 33,000 from under the gun and Tom Dingenen folded his big blind.

Mateusz Moolhuizen raised to 40,000 twice and got the blinds and antes the first time. In the second hand, Simpson and Micael Emanuelsson called and the trio checked the flop {5-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}. On the {4-Spades} turn, Emanuelsson led for 55,000 and scooped the pot without resistance.

Niko Koop moved all in once to claim the blinds and antes on the feature table. Paul Vergeer three-bet to 70,000 shortly after and then folded to the four-bet shove of Gordon Plomp.
