John McGrane raised to 10,000 from early position and Charles Whitehouse, after spending many orbits card dead, moved all in for 28,500. Saigokul Kannan called in the big blind and McGrane also made the call.

Kannan and McGrane then checked it all the way down on a board of 869KK.

The PokerStars World Championship Of Online Poker (WCOOP) is online poker's premier tournament series. Every player, from those just cutting their teeth in the poker world to elite-level professionals, dreams of becoming a WCOOP champion, thanks to the prestige of the series and, of course, the massive top prizes offered.

The 2024 WCOOP is scheduled to run from September 8 through October 2, and PokerStars is hosting the inaugural WCOOP Boot Camp. Running August 4-19, the WCOOP Boot Camp is a mini-series featuring 80 numbered events (160 tournaments) with buy-ins ranging from $2.20 to $1,050.

The WCOOP Boot Camp schedule, which includes a $109 buy-in No-Limit Hold'em Main Event with $1,000,000 guaranteed on August 18, is designed to help players prepare for the flagship WCOOP festival and increase their chances of becoming PokerStars champions.

Candido Cappiello raised to 8,000 from early position, Joseph Michael called on the button, then Saigokul Kannan three-bet to 21,000 from the big blind. Cappiello and Michael both called.

The flop came 45K and Kannan bet 16,000. That was enough to win the pot as both other players mucked their hands.

The action had slowed down considerably as the bubble approached with only one recent elimination as Thomas Nardini busted to big stack Paul Carr.
