Dundar With Top Pair

Level 2 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

Axel Gold-Dalg was under the gun when he opened to 700. He was called by the button and by both players in the blinds.

The dealer fanned a flop of 372 and the small blind led out for 1,200. Umit Dundar in the big blind called, as well as the button, but Gold-Dalg folded.

On the 8 turn, the small blind fired a second barrel of 2,500. He was called twice to discover the K river where everybody checked.

The small blind flipped over 54 for a missed straight draw. Dundar had KJ for top pair and won this hand as the button mucked his cards.

Michot Takes a Big One With a Set

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

The under the gun player raised to 1,200, then Leo Truche to his left, Olivier Yvora in middle position, Laurent Michot in the cutoff, Laurent Navarro on the button and Loic Durand in the small blind called.

On a flop of 963, everybody checked to Michot who bet 3,000. Navarro, Durand and Yvora were the only ones to call.

Michot sized up to 8,000 on the 4 turn. He was called twice as the Navarro folded.

The three remaining players checked the 5 river, so they all revealed their cards. Durand turned over QQ and made Yvora muck his cards. But Michot showed 66 for a set and won the pot.
