On the tail end of the Q♠3♦2♣2♦Q♦ board, new arrival NT checked and Imran Bhojani then grinned "how much are you gonna call?" NT grabbed 2,000 chips and Bhojani made it 6,000 to go thereafter, which was still called.
"Flush," NT declared and smacked his A♦8♦ on the table to win the pot, Bhojani mucked.
Soon after, Anders Hellstrom had raised to earn calls from Hennie Appel and NT. The 10♣10♠2♠ flop saw NT check-call a bet of 5,000 by Hellstrom and he led the K♥ turn for 10,000, Hellstrom called. NT bet another 15,000 on the 2♦ river and Hellstrom called.
NT tapped the table in defeat and never showed his cards. Hellstrom showed his K♠Q♠ before collecting the pot. "I knew you missed the flush," NT gritted.
