Van der Spoel Chips Up

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Gerrit van der Spoel raised to 125,09090 with the K10 and was called by Mariette Language in the cutoff {Q8), Harold Brooks in the small blind (A7) and Patrice Ah-Nien in the big blind with the 75.

The KQ4 flop was checked to van der Spoel and he bet 250,000 with his top pair. Language folded second pair as did everyone else.

Van der Spoel then limped the 77 and Adam Woolf finally got involved again with a raise to 160,000 in the next seat, holding the 99. The call by van der Spoel followed and he spiked the one outer on the Q107 flop.

Van der Spoel checked and Woolf bet 220,000, the check-shove for 1,470,000 by van der Spoel shut down Woolf.
