Action was opened in middle position to 4,000. The next player to act went all in for about 30,000. It then folded to Jessie Barbin in the small blind who also went all in for less. The original raiser went into the tank but eventually folded.

Barbin and the all-in player were off to a full board.

The full board ran out 2♠2♦7♣10♦4♠ and Barbin would get some life back in the tournament through a quick double.

Action was opened in late position when a player went all in for about 15,000. It folded to Roberto Ilagan on the button who rejammed for about 50,000. The blinds got out of the way and they were off to a full runout.

The PokerStars North American Poker Tour (NAPT) is returning after a 12-year hiatus, and where better to get the show on the road than fabulous Las Vegas? November 4-12 are the dates to highlight in your diaries because that is when NAPT Las Vegas heads to Resorts World in "Sin City."

The 2023 NAPT Las Vegas takes place just one week before the most anticipated Formula 1 Grand Prix in history, which takes place through the streets of Las Vegas. PokerStars will be there, Oracle Red Bull Racing will be there, will you?

Although primarily aimed at the North American market, the NAPT is open to all, and PokerNews expects players to travel from far and wide to get involved in this historic rebirth. A $1,650 buy-in NAPT Las Vegas Main Event runs from November 6-11, and a $550 PokerStars Cup is scheduled for November 9-12, with a $5,300 High Roller attracting the biggest names between November 10-12. The full 2023 NAPT Las Vegas schedule will be released in due course.

Steve Preiss, Vice President for PokerStars North America, cannot wait for the first NAPT in 12 years to shuffle up and deal at Resorts World.

Action was opened under the gun to 5,000 by Drew O'Connell. The next player to act put in a three-bet to 17,500. It folded back around and O'Connell who called.

The 3♠10♠6♥ landed on the flop and action quickly checked through to a 2♣ turn. O'Connell opted to lead for 10,000. His opponent called.

The river landed a 10♦ and O'Connell led again for 15,000. His opponent went into the tank for a moment but ended up flicking in the chips.

O'Connell tabled 5♥5♣ and his opponent mucked. He got a great value bet in to stay at the top of the leaderboards.

Action was opened under the gun to 6,000 and then it folded to Ron Adams on the button who called. The blinds folded and the tow players were off to a flop heads up.

The 5♦4♥4♦ landed on the flop and the original raiser checked to Adams who put out a bet of 5,000. He got a call.

The turn brought a 2♣ and the player under the gun check-called a 15,000 bet from Adams.

The 8♥ river landed and the under the gun player checked again. Adams took his time before putting out a massive bet to the tune of 70,000. His opponent thought it over but ultimately found a fold.

Adams dragged a nice pot late in the day and currently holds the chip lead.
