Riccobono Goes For It

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Action was opened under the gun to 2,000. Al Riccobono called in the cutoff, the button called, and the big blind called.

The A84 landed on the flop and action checked to the button who put out a bet of 5,000. The big blind called, the original raiser folded, and action was back on Riccobono who didn't wait long before check-raising all in for about 45,000.

The button folded quickly and the big blind went into the tank. He eventually folded and Riccobono took the opportunity to show the bluff in the form of J9. He smiled as he pulled in a healthy pot with no showdown.
