Hand 1

Yuriy Boyko pushed all in for 191,000 with the {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds} and Jonathan Clark looked him up with {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}. The flop of {J-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{4-Spades} changed nothing, but start-of-the-day chip leader Boyko turned the {Q-Hearts} to take the lead. A blank {6-Clubs} on the river locked up the double for the Irishman and Clark lost almost half of his stack.

Hand 2

In the last hand before dinner, Clark raised in the hijack and Nicolas Beker three-bet the button before Boyko four-bet to 105,000 in the big blind. Clark folded and Beker called. On the {8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts} flop, Boyko continued for 70,000 and received the call before the {9-Spades} turn went check, check.

After the {2-Spades} river, Boyko moved all in for 226,000 and Beker was sent into the think tank. He eventually called the clock on himself and then said "I think you have nothing at all," having previously also mentioned that he put Boyko on ace-king. With two seconds left, Beker folded and Boyko claimed the pot.

"I had a straight, if you can believe it," Boyko said while leaving the tournament area.
