Delahunty Shows Nut Flush

Level 6 : 250/500, 75 ante

Darren Delahunty, who finished 20th in the last ever EPT Main Event in Prague last December, just scooped a decent pot and showed the nuts to Jean Paul Zaffran. It was Kent Ove Roed who opened to 1,000 and Delahunty, Zaffran in the cutoff and Jimmy Guerrero in the big blind called.

The flop of {5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts} was checked to Roed and he continued for 2,625. Delahunty called and Zaffran then raised to 6,800. Guerrero and Roed folded, whereas Delahunty tossed in the extra chips.

After the {8-Hearts} turn, Delahunty check-called a bet worth 4,600 before the {10-Hearts} river completed the board. Delahunty moved all in and the Brit moved all in. Zaffran eventually folded and Delahunty flashed {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts}. "Would you have shoved if I check?" he asked his opponent but Zaffran didn't reply.
