Some Recovery from Deeb

Level 4 : 150/300, 50 ante

Michel Pereira Marques was moved as next player in the big blind and Freddy Deeb was quite happy about that. "Can you believe that? They moved him away. I could not beat him in any pot, nobody could," Deeb said while facing a raise to 700 by Vicente Delgado from under the gun.

The small blind and Deeb in the big blind called. On the {J-Spades}{6-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop all three players checked. After the {J-Hearts} turn, the small blind checked and Deeb bet 400, which Delgado caused to fold and the small blind to call. The {7-Clubs} river was checked again and the small blind flashed {10-Spades}{9-Spades}, which trailed Deeb's {A-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}.

"So far so good," Deeb said. "Maybe it was a good thing they moved him."
