Peters Leaves Emelyanov Short

Level 2 : 100/200, 25 ante

Jimmy Guerrero and David Peters are enjoying a decent start into the High Roller while Roman Emelyanov on their table has taken a big hit to the stack early on. In the latest hand, Grieco paid off the nut straight of Peters and sighed before getting involved into the next hand right away.

According to Peters, Emelyanov had raised to 525 and Peters three-bet to 1,600, which the Russian called. On the {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop, Emelyanov check-called a bet of 1,700 and the duo checked the {3-Clubs} turn. On the {J-Hearts} river, Emelyanov bet 3,100 and called Peters' raise to 12,600 only to muck to the {K-Spades}{Q-Spades} of the American poker pro.
