Ensan Down to 21 Big Blinds

Level 28 : 50,000/100,000, 10,000 ante

Hossein Ensan raised to 275,000 on the button and Sergio Aido called in the big blind. On the {J-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Spades} flop both players checked and did so again on the {6-Hearts} turn and {3-Spades} river. Aido showed {Q-Clubs}{J-Clubs} and that won the pot.

Ensan raised to 200,000 on the button one orbit later and Danny Tang shoved out of the small blind to force a quick fold.

In a limped pot, Sergio Aido min-bet the {A-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop and Ensan called. After the {A-Hearts} turn, Aido bet 200,000 and called a raise to 500,000 by Ensan. The {8-Hearts} river was checked by both and Aido tabled {K-Hearts}{6-Clubs} for the nut flush to scoop yet another pot.

Ensan shoved soon after to claim the big blind and antes, but has since dropped back to 21 big blinds after these two aforementioned hands.

Ensan Shoves Big

Level 28 : 50,000/100,000, 10,000 ante

Danny Tang raised to 215,000 on the button and Hossein Ensan defended. On the {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds} flop, Ensan checked, Tang bet 260,000 and Ensan simply ripped it for 3,015,000. Tang appeared to have quite the decision but eventually decided against it and folded.

Tang Pulls Away

Level 28 : 50,000/100,000, 10,000 ante

Danny Tang limped the small blind and Sergio Aido checked in the big blind. On the {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop, Tang checked and called a bet of 150,000 by Aido before the duo checked the {Q-Spades} turn. After the {5-Clubs} river, Tang bet and that forced out Aido.

Aido raised the button to 200,000 and Tang came along from the big blind. The flop fell {A-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and this time Tang checked and called a bet of 175,000 by Aido. The {4-Hearts} fell on the turn and Tang's bet of 325,000 was called. Both players checked the {6-Clubs} on the river and Tang flipped over {A-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} for two pair, Aido mucked the {A-Hearts} face up.

Ben Heath Eliminated in 4th Place (€196,000)

Level 28 : 50,000/100,000, 10,000 ante
Ben Heath
Ben Heath

Danny Tang raised to 250,000 from the small blind and Ben Heath three-bet shoved 3,110,000 from the big blind. Tang double-checked his hole cards, then swiftly called all in for 2,780,000 total.

Ben Heath: {6-Clubs}{6-Spades}
Danny Tang: {K-Diamonds}{K-Spades}

"Hooooold!" Tang yelled, which triggered his friends to run over from the other side of the room. The flop directly brought a king for Tang: {5-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{10-Clubs}.

"Yeees! Wait wait, not yet," Tang instantly corrected himself, as he could technically still lose the hand.

The turn was the {5-Spades} and Heath was officially drawing dead, making the {A-Spades} river a formality.

Heath was left with 330,000 and those went in the hand after. Hossein Ensan had raised to 200,000, Heath was all in from the small blind and Sergio Aido called from the big blind. Ensan wasn't having it multiway and shoved to get Aido out.

Ben Heath: {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}
Hossein Ensan: {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}

"Wow, he has eights!" laughed Tang and Heath was smiling too, knowing he could triple himself back into it if the eights held. They did until the river, which gave Ensan Broadway: {K-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{K-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{10-Spades}. Heath received an applause from his tablemates and the onlookers and received €196,000 for his deep run.

Orpen Kisacikoglu

Danny Tang limped from the small blind and Ben Heath raised to 325,000, Tang folded.

One hand later, Hossein Ensan announced "all my chips" and won the blinds and antes with his shove. That bumped his stack to around 15 big blinds and Orpen Kisacikoglu asked for his stack size as the only other real short stack.

Moments later, Kisacikoglu shoved for around 1.3 million and Ensan snap-called out of the big blind.

Orpen Kisacikoglu: {Q-Clubs}{7-Clubs}
Hossein Ensan: {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}

The board came {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Kisacikoglu had to settle for 5th place and a payday of €152,900.

Aido Gets Value From Ensan

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Sergio Aido raised to 160,000 from the cutoff and Hossein Ensan tagged along on the button. Aido bet 200,000 on the {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop and Ensan called. Both players checked the {10-Hearts} on the turn.

The river brought the {J-Hearts} and Aido led out 550,000. Ensan called but couldn't defeat the Spaniard's {Q-Hearts}{J-Spades}. With the hand, Aido reclaimed the chip lead.

Ensan Jams Twice More

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Ben Heath made it 180,000 to go on the button and Sergio Aido called out of the big blind. On the {A-Clubs}{10-Spades}{6-Diamonds} flop, Aido checked and called a bet worth 135,000 before both checked the {6-Hearts} turn. On the {9-Spades} river, Aido checked and Heath claimed the pot with a delayed second barrel.

Danny Tang opened 180,000 first to act and Aido called from the small blind. Hossein Ensan shoved from the big blind for 1.53 million and both opponents folded.

Aido raised to 160,000 from the button, Ensan jammed for 2.045 million this time and again Aido was forced to fold.

Ensan Keeps Pumping

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Hossein Ensan shoved all in from under the gun and action folded to Sergio Aido in the big blind. There was some confusion as Aido announced a call, however, Ensan thought he folded.

In the end, it didn't matter as the players tabled {A-Spades}{9-Diamonds} and {A-Clubs}{9-Hearts} to chop it up.

The hand after, Ben Heath opened, Ensan three-bet shoved and Heath folded to win the hand after as well.

Kisacikoglu Wins a Flip

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Orpen Kisacikoglu moved all in for 1.05 million first to act and Danny Tang shoved over the top out of the small blind. Ben Heath rubbed his hands in the big blind and said "one time" before checking his cards, but folded immediately.

Orpen Kisacikoglu: {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}
Danny Tang: {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}

The {Q-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop improved Kisacikoglu and he held up after the {7-Spades} turn and {3-Diamonds} river. A quick few hands later he had to forfeit his blinds and dropped a few chips while Hossein Ensan remains the short stack at five left.
