Alvarado Slips; Quoss Four-Bet Jams

Level 12 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

JC Alvarado raised to 26,000 from under the gun and Shuo Li called in the big blind. On a flop of {A-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}, Li checked and Alvarado bet 23,000. Li check-raised to 50,000 and Alvarado folded.

Two hands later, Quan Zhou raised it up to 26,000 and Alvarado called in the big blind, then check-folded the {Q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop.

Over on table two, Nick Petrangelo made it 27,000 to go from the cutoff and Mikita Badziakouski three-bet to 68,000 out of the small blind. Fabian Quoss then four-bet shoved for 254,000 and that forced two folds to award the pot to the German without any showdown.
