Small Pots; Patel and Michalak Rising

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Frank Ditz three-bet all in to win the pot uncontested, but remains the short stack at the table.

Jakub Michalak opened to 135,000 on the button and Emil Patel called from the small blind. On the {A-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}, both players checked. Patel bet the {6-Hearts} turn for 160,000 and Michalak folded.

Patel raised to 130,000 and Markus Durnegger defended the big blind. Durnegger checked and folded to a bet on the {K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} flop.

Georgios Sotiropoulos opened to 150,000 and Michalak three-bet to 405,000, which Sotiropoulos called. The flop fell {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{5-Spades} and the Greek checked, Michalak made it 500,000 to go and that won the pot right there.

Durnegger made it 125,000 to go on the button and Sotiropoulos defended the big blind. The {Q-Clubs}{9-Spades}{9-Hearts} flop went check, check, and Sotiropoulos bet the {4-Spades} turn for 280,000. Durnegger called but the bet of 605,000 on the {6-Spades} river proved to be too much for the Austrian. Durnegger used one time bank and sent his cards into the muck.
