Hazel Chui has not long hit the rail and we convinced her to tell us her tale of woe, and it was actually a sad story of loss and heartbreak, well of loss at any rate.
Sometimes things just don’t go your way in a tournament and Chui played a grand total of three hands; ace-jack, ace-king and the following hand.
Chui had had to fold her first two hands and had dropped to 5,500 of her 15,000 starting stack, opening the action with a raise to 600 from middle position and finding a caller in the big blind.

The player in the cutoff folded and action was back on Luo, who made the call to take play heads-up to the 
river. Luo led once again, firing out a bet of 2,075 and that was enough to win the hand when his opponent folded instantly.
