Kah Yew Teng had just lost a bigger pot and dropped to fewer than half the starting stack before he went right into the big blind.

It folded to Danny Tang on the button and he inquired to see Teng's stack before pushing all-in. Paul Fontan Castrillon called all-in from the small blind and Teng folded.

Eng Soon Ewe raised to 60,000 with the 9♦9♣ and William Jia three-bet to 260,000 with the A♣Q♠, which Ewe called.

Jia subsequently bet all streets for 120,000 on the 10♠5♠2♠ flop, 450,000 on the 8♣ turn and jammed the 2♥ river. Ewe had 845,000 behind and eventually called it off with his pair to win the largest pot of the tournament so far.

Lun Loon appeared to be on the ropes over on the feature table while Ajitpal Singh had chipped up significantly.

One of the reasons was a hand on the stream not long ago when Loon min-raised the Q♠J♥ and Singh called with the K♥Q♣. On the A♣J♣J♦ flop, Loon bet 60,000 and Singh called. After the 3♣ turn, Loon check-called for 100,000 and then check-folded on the 10♦ river when Singh pushed.

Danny Tang was in the small blind and pushed all-in over the top when Kah Yew Teng had jammed for the last 135,000 in the big blind and Fei Chen called on the button. Chen used a time bank extension and folded.

Over on the other outer table, Wei Hsiang Yeu with the A♠4♣ and Wai Kiat Lee with the A♥Q♣ got their short stacks in. The kicker played on the 7♣6♥5♥2♥9♣ board as Yeu was left with fumes.
