Fan Collects Wasylenko's Bounty

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Action folded to Eric Wasylenko in the small blind who moved all in for 24,600. After some thought Francis Fan made the call in the big blind.

Wasylenko: {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}
Fan: {a-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

It was a good flop for Fan as he picked up a flush draw {3-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}. The turn changed nothing {j-Spades} and the river gave Fan a flush {10-Clubs} and sent Wasylenko to the rail.

Newton Wins it on Flop

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Matt Newton tried to raise it up, but got caught by the blind raise, and ended up just limping. The player on the button bumped it up to 7,000, and he got calls from Matt Perin on the big blind, as well as Newton.

The flop came {7-Hearts}{2-Spades}{a-Diamonds} and after Perin checked, Newton fired out 10,500, which was enough to get folds from the other players.

Perin Slows Down Post Flop

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Matt Perin opened the betting from the middle with a raise to 3,200, and he was called by Ron Lauzon on the cutoff as well as Deven Lane in the big blind.

That was the last of the action however, as all three players checked through the full board of {6-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{q-Spades}. Lane announced "King-ten" and Perin showed {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} before both Lauzon and Lane mucked their hands.

Turner Triples, Mullen Binks Side Pot

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Bob Mullen raised to 4,000 in middle position. Matthew Turner was on the button and sent his last 6,500 into the middle. The player in the big blind re-raised all in for 30,000. The action got back around Mullen who made the call.

Mullen: {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Turner: {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}
Opponent: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

Turner was in good shape for the main pot when the flop came {6-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}. The turn card changed nothing {3-Clubs}, but the {q-Spades} on the river gave Mullen two pair which was good enough to scoop the large side pot and a bounty.

Shin Still Stacking

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

With the flop already on the felt reading {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}, Peter Deroche checked from the big blind, and MIchelle Shin bet 1,200. Deroche called, and the turn came {9-Hearts}.

After another check from Deroche, Shin fired 4,000 into the middle, which was enough to get Deroche to fold. She showed off KQ for the flopped nut straight as she collected the pot.
