Vittorio Dicriso was two-outered very early on and his fortune didn't change much after that, in fact, he just bowed out in set-under-set fashion when he got it in with pocket fives against the of Luke Graham. They got it in after the flop, and the turn and river were both blanks.

A big pot was brewing over on table one, filled with notables from all over the world, and it was Lauren Roberts in the big blind that moved all in for 13,900 on the turn. Kalidou Sow snap-called and the cards were tabled.
Lauren Roberts:
Kalidou Sow:
The river further improved Sow to a full house and Roberts said "Only a full house, nice hand. I was hoping for ace-jack."
Koray Aldemir said "good game Lauren" in table chat and Sow, who sat down not long ago, immediately doubled his stack. In French, Sow explained after that his raise from early position was called four-ways and Roberts three-bet, which just Sow called. Roberts bet the flop for 12,000 and jammed the turn.

JC Alvarado in early position and Goran Mandic in middle position created a fairly large pot of around 17,000 to the turn and Alvarado bet 3,400, which Mandic called. On the river, Alvarado gave it some thought before announcing a bet of 8,000 and tossing in two T-5,000 chips.
That's all it took in order to force a fold from Mandic. Samuel Bernabeu is on the same table and Brian Yoon is one of two players that have opted to re-enter into Day 1a after having busted earlier. One table over, John Juanda has also just joined the action.
