Chris Moorman Eliminated in 8th Place ($35,000)

Level 19 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Chris Moorman
Chris Moorman

Kevin Hobbs raised to 475,000 in the hijack with {a-Clubs}{10-Spades} and Parker Talbot three-bet to 1,500,000 on the button with {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. Chris Moorman woke up with {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs} in the big blind and pushed his last 1,250,000 into the middle. Hobbs elected to fold his hand and the remaining two players tabled their cards.

Moorman was in dire straits and would need to catch a six in order to remain alive. The flop came {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Talbot's pocket queens were still ahead. The turn brought the {3-Diamonds} and the river landed the {7-Spades} as Moorman was ousted in eighth place.

Alibay Leaves Moorman with Crumbs

Level 18 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Kevin Hobbs opened to 375,000 from early position with {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and Ami Alibay just flat-called directly to his left with {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}. David Eldridge also called in the cutoff with {k-Spades}{q-Clubs} and Chris Moorman jammed all in for 3,785,000 on the button with {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Hobbs folded and Alimay quickly called off his last 3,615,000 while Eldridge got out of the way.

The flop came {a-Spades}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and Alibay was in great position to double up. The turn was the {10-Clubs} giving Moorman some outs but the {3-Diamonds} on the river secured the win for Alimay.

Victor Ramdin raised to 350,00 from early position with {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and Ami Alibay called from the cutoff with {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. The flop came down {7-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} and Ramdin bet 500,000 with the nut flush draw. Alibay called with top pair and the turn came the {5-Diamonds}.

Both players checked the turn and the river came the {3-Clubs}. Ramdin bet 1,250,000 and Alibay found it in him to fold his pair of kings.

Eldridge Holds on Tight

Level 18 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

David Eldridge raised to 375,000 with {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} from middle position and Victor Ramdin three-bet to 800,000 on the button with {a-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}. The blinds folded and Eldridge called to see a flop of {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}. Eldridge check-called a bet of 750,000 from Ramdin and the {7-Hearts} landed on the turn.

Eldridge checked again and Ramdin chose to check behind. The river was the {7-Diamonds} and both players tapped the table again. Eldridge tabled his hand and took down the pot.

Christopher Kruk

Christopher Kruk raised to 350,000 from middle position with {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds} and Victor Ramdin three-bet to 900,000 in the hijack with {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}. The action folded back to Kruk who shoved all in for 6,675,000 and Ramdin snapped him off.

The flop fell {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} and Ramdin was still in a great position with his pocket aces. The turn was the {6-Hearts} and Kruk stood up from his seat before the {3-Hearts} landed on the river. With that, the official final table was set and Ramdin took over the chip lead.

Victor Ramdin: {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}
Louis Boutin: {q-Hearts}{j-Spades}

The flop came out {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and Boutin was still looking to connect with the board. The turn {5-Clubs} and river {4-Spades} did not help as Boutin was eliminated in 10th place.
