Tewes Takes From Prasetyo

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Barrett Lipkin raised to 1,900 from under the gun, Aditya Prasetyo flatted the hijack, and Niklas Tewes three-bet to 8,000 on the button. Lipkin folded and Prasetyo called.

The dealer fanned out the QQ7 flop and Prasetyo check-called against a bet of 2,000, while the A turn and 7 river were checked down.

Prasetyo tabled 1010 but it was no good as Tewes showed AK to take the pot.

Putinas Doubles Through Seward

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Nicholas Seward raised to 1,600 in the cutoff, Vanessa Kade flatted the button, and Gintautas Putinas jammed all in for 28,400 in the big blind.

Seward rejammed for about 45,000 and Kade deliberated for some time but ultimately sent her cards into the muck.

Gintautas Putinas: AK
Nicholas Seward: AQ

The board ran out K3210K and Putinas secured the double, while Kade implied she may have folded pocket tens for what would've been the winning hand.

Orpaz Shows One to Liebert

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

On a J65 flop, Kathy Liebert checked the big blind, and Tom Orpaz checked in middle position.

The 7 fell on the turn and Liebert checked. Orpaz bet 3,500 and Liebert called.

The A landed on the river and Liebert checked again. Orpaz bet 8,000 and Liebert thought about it before she let go of her hand.

Orpaz showed just the 4 and sent his other card into the muck as he collected the pot.

"Gotta pay if you wanna see," said Orpaz.

Correagoulart Cracks Cowboys

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

A player in middle position was all in for roughly 35,000 and at risk against Elias Correagoulart on the button.

Opponent: KK
Elias Correagoulart: AK

The 998 flop kept the kings ahead, but the A spiked the turn before the Q completed the board, and Correagoulart took the pot as his opponent was eliminated.

Kade Finds Life With a Double

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Action was heads up with 78AK on the board when Vanessa Kade check-called a bet of 8,500 from Parker Talbot. The river was J and Kade checked again. Talbot fired enough to put her all in and Kade called.

Talbot turned over 54 for a missed flush draw and Kade showed A3 to take the pot with a pair of aces.

"Weren't you afraid I had a good hand?" Talbot asked as Kade dragged the pot.

"Not really," Kade responded. "I'm dead inside right now."
