Denisov Dents Chip Leader

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Aleksandr Denisov
Aleksandr Denisov

After an early position opener made it 2,000, Georgios Tsouloftas had called from middle position next to act. Once action folded to the button, Aleksandr Denisov, he made it 3,100. The small blind then flat called and so did the original raiser and Tsouloftas called, also.

Four ways to a flop of {a-Clubs}{5-Spades}{3-Spades} and Denisov made it 2,000 when the other three players checked in flow. Just the Cypriot chip leader called.

A {9-Clubs} drew a 4,000 chip bet from Denisov this time, once Tsouloftas had checked once again and once again the call was made.

Once a {q-Spades} completed the board, Tsouloftas decided to lead out for 15,000 into Denisov. In response, the Russian player with almost $3,000,000 in live earnings made it 35,000.

It didn't take too much time for Tsouloftas to muck his holding, awarding the Russian's way.

D'Agostino Bluff Jam? Actually Value Jam

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Fabrizio D'Agostino
Fabrizio D'Agostino

Fabrizio D'Agostino was heads-up from the big blind against the middle position Can Miral, when D'Agostino had jammed on a river with the board reading {6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{q-Hearts}. D'Agostino had 36,500 behind but he covered Miral's last 15,000.

With 42,000 already in the middle, Miral made the call and D'Agostino said ''If you're calling, I guess you have it'', as he turned over his {8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}. His hand was actually best, as the Turkish player Miral turned over {6-Spades}{7-Spades}, calling off with a pair of sixes against the eights of the Italian.

Shadmani Busts Kataria

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Kush Kataria
Kush Kataria

All of the chips were in the middle preflop with Kush Katari in the cutoff at risk for 36,000 against Farhad Shadmani on the button.

Kush Kataria: {a-Clubs}{7-Spades}
Farhad Shamadni: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

Kataria was well behind Shamadni's pocket kings. The flop of {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{8-Hearts} did not help the Indian as it removed one of their direct outs.

The {6-Diamonds}{5-Spades} completed the board and Kataria headed to the exit, while Shadmani broke the six-figure barrier.

Abramovich Takes A Pot

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Three players saw a flop of {j-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{3-Spades} with 6,200 in the middle. The player in middle position bet 1,600. Abraham Abramovich in the cutoff called and the big blind folded.

The {4-Diamonds} on the turn prompted middle position to bet 6,100 and Abramovich made the call. Both players checked the {3-Diamonds} river. The middle position tabled {k-Clubs}{5-Spades} for a busted straight-draw, and Abramovich revealed {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs} which was good enough to drag in the pot.
