Langrock Chips Up Without Showdown

Level 19 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Sebastian Langrock
Sebastian Langrock

Matthew Macioce raised to 42,000 and chip leader Joao Estanislau applied pressure once more, repotting to take down the pot without showdown.

One hand later on the same table, Adolf Buettner limped first to act and called a pot-sized raise to 72,000 by Mats Nylander in the hijack. They checked to the Q1032J river on which Buettner led for 175,000 and called a repot.

Nylander's AKQ9 and the AK103 of Buettner chopped it up with broadway.

One table over, Sebastian Langrock raised to 40,000. Christoph Helmers potted to 158,000 in the small blind but folded to Langrock's shove.
