Sah Damages Friedman on Coin Flip

Level 28 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

In early position Adam Friedman looked down at the {j-Spades}{j-Clubs} and raised to 185,000. Mandeep Sah moved all in for 1.5 million as he held {a-Spades}{k-Spades}.

Friedman thought for a while, as a call would be for the most of his stack. Eventually he did call to set up a huge coin flip situation with Sah's final table life on the line.

The flop was bad news for Friedman when it came {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{6-Hearts} to pair Sah's king. The turn was the {4-Hearts} and the river came the {7-Hearts} to keep Sah alive and to reduce Friedman's stack to a mere 220,000.

Adam Friedman Eliminated in 8th Place ($21,301)

Level 28 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Adam Friedman
Adam Friedman

Adam Friedman was down to only two big blinds and went all in for his remaining 220,000. It folded around to Ryan Wince who made the call from the big blind.

Friedman: {q-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Wince: {9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}

The {8-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{6-Spades} flop gave Wince a straight and the {5-Clubs} turn left Friedman drawing dead. The meaningless {7-Spades} was run out on the river and Wince eliminated Friedman in eighth place.

Level 28 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Kevin Eyster raised to 175,000 from early position and it folded around to Spenser Cramer who made the call in the big blind.

Eyster: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}
Cramer: {a-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}

The board ran out {3-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Spades}, and Cramer's two pairs on the flop doubled him up.

Kevin Eyster moved all in for 1.1 million from the hijack with {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}. It folded around to Mandeep Sah in the big blind who looked down at {a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}. He paused a moment to consider and made the call.

The flop came {9-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} to pair Sah's ace, but gave Eyster a broadway draw.

The turn was the {3-Hearts} leaving Eyster with one last chance to hit a ten to keep his HPT Columbus Main Event alive. But it came the {k-Spades} to end Eyster's tournament in 7th place.
