The flop was down {9-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{8-Spades} and with around 7,000 in the middle, the action checked through to the {7-Hearts} turn. Andrew Hills bet 4,400 and Alexios Zervos called. The {6-Hearts} hit on the river, which meant there was a straight on the board.

Hills moved all in for around 40,000, and Zervos put his last 13,000 into the middle after a few seconds of thought.

Hills revealed {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades} for the higher straight, and Zervos open-mucked {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} before he departed from the table.

Team Grosvenor's Hills moved up to 70,000.

Morreale Vs French

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The action was opened with a raise to 2,500 from early position and Lee French 3-bet to 7,500 from middle position. Calogero Morreale cold-called, and the initial raiser folded.

The flop fell {q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and Morreale called a 6,000 bet from French.

French slowed down on the {8-Hearts} turn and then called a 12,000 bet from Morreale.

On the {6-Hearts} river, Morreale moved all in for 32,000 after French had checked. The latter needed a time bank card to consider his decision, with a stack just over the amount needed to call.

As the dealer announced 10 seconds, French passed his cards into the muck, and Morreale picked up the pot.
