Pedro Marques opened for 40,000 and to his left was Marko Neumann who shoved all in for 442,000. Ji Zhang hung his head and looked like he was agonising over the decision, looking over his shoulder at the tournament clock as if making calculations before moving all in as well for 700,000. Marques wasted little time in calling to put his stack of 600,000 at risk.
Zhang wanted to make sure that Marques had called and the cards were on their backs. Neumann had , Marques had and Zhang’s acting exploits were explained when he turned over .
The cards ran out and Zhang punched the air as he scooped a huge pot and busted two players.
