Little Comes Short

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

The big blind checked to Jonathan Little on {J-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{3-Spades}, and the American WPT winner bet 1,000. The big blind check raised to 2,200, and Little made the call.

The {2-Clubs} fell on the turn ans the big blind now bet out 4,000 - again Little called.

The {J-Hearts} on the river paired the board, and the big blind tossed 6,000 in. Little made the call, but he somewhat angrily mucked after he was shown {K-Spades}{J-Clubs}.

Schemion Busts Pollak

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante
Ole Schemion
Ole Schemion

Ole Schemion opened, found a player three betting behind him, and Benjamin Pollak cold four bet to 3,050. After the blinds folded, Schemion five bet to 4,700 and the three better folded. Pollak thought for a little bit, and then tossed in his two blue 5,000 chips to find himself all in for 13,050. Schemion instantly called.

Ole Schemion: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}
Benjamin Pollak: {K-Spades}{K-Hearts}

The {J-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{5-Spades} board did nothing for both players, and Pollak made his way to the exit.

Colman Slips Back

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Daniel Colman opened for 900 in the cut-off and got called by the small blind and Team Online player Marc-Andre Ladouceur.

The flop was {q-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts} and checked to Ladouceur he made it 2,000. No takers for that as Colman and the small blind passed their cars to the dealer.

This doesn’t seem to be the most significant hand he has been involved in recently however as his stack has slid southwards.

Mizrachi Flops Quads

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante
Michael Mizrachi
Michael Mizrachi

Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi has been booming here in the early levels, and just increased to 158,000 thanks to flopping quad eights.

On the final board of {Q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{4-Spades}, Jean-Pierre Tseng Ah Wang checked to Mizrachi. Mizrachi fired a bet of 8,000, and Wang tossed in 4,000, thinking that was the amount he was calling.

Mizrachi turned up the {8-Hearts}{8-Spades} for quad eights, giving Wang the bad news. The news was even worse when he realized he had to put in 4,000 more to call Mizrachi's full bet, which the dealer informed Wang of and caused some under-the-breath mumblings from the player.

Mizrachi pulled in the pot and moved up to 158,000.

Mizrachi Runs Into Kustov's Higher Flush

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante
Michael Mizrachi
Michael Mizrachi

From early position, Ukraine's Kyrylo Kustov raised to 650. Jean-Pierre Tseng Ah Wang — the player who ran into Michael Mizrachi's quads just two hands prior — called from the cutoff seat, and then Mizrachi called out of the big blind.

The flop came down {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}{10-Clubs}, and Mizrachi checked. Kustov bet 1,250, and Wang folded. Mizrachi called to see the {5-Clubs} land on the turn, fired 3,000, but was met with a raise to 7,500 from Kustov. Mizrachi thought about it, then called the raise.

The river was the {6-Hearts}, and Mizrachi checked. Kustov put a bet of 17,000 on the table in front of him, and Mizrachi called.

Kustov showed the {A-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for the nut flush, beating Mizrachi's {9-Clubs}{3-Clubs} that he showed as a worse flush.

Jensen Keeps on Firing

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

Frederik Jensen opened for 700, and neighbor Kent Lundmark made the call in the hijack. The player in the big blind squeezed to 2,600 and the action was back on Jensen. The EPT Madrid winner five bet to 5,600 and Lundmark folded rather quickly. The big blind seemed in doubt, but called after some thinking.

The big blind carefully checked to Jensen on {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{6-Spades}, and the Dane bet 4,300. The big blind tossed in the necessary chips to call, and check called another 6,000 after the {9-Diamonds} hit the turn.

The {Q-Clubs} fell on the river, and the big blind checked with about 12,000 behind. Jensen thought for about a minute, and then pushed 22,000 to the middle to put his opponent all in.

The big blind thought for a bit, and folded with a disappointed face.
