Pietro Corsi moved all in for 3,600,000 from early position and was quickly called by Yassine Baqal from the big blind.
Pietro Corsi: A♦10♠
Yassine Baqal: A♠A♣
The J♥9♠3♠ flop kept the aces ahead but Corsi picked up a guutshot on the 7♠ turn. The 4♥ completed the board and confirmed Corsi as the first player to leave the final table.
Yassine Baqal raised to 2,825,000 from early position, leaving himself around 4,500,000 behind. Pietro Corsi,, in the hijack, moved all in covering Baqal. Baqal made the call for his remaining 7,825,000.
Yassine Baqal: A♣K♦
Pietro Corsi: A♠J♣
The board ran out 8♦2♦6♦9♠4♣; Baqal found the full double.
Ramon Miquel was essentially forced all in blind by both the big blind and ante, with just 25,000 behind to start the hand.
Yassine Baqal limped in on the button and Pierre Merlin completed in the small blind. Miquel put his last 25,000 and so did the other two players.
With action on the side, both players checked to the turn as the board now read 8♥8♠5♠10♥. Merlin checked again and Baqal bet out 500,000. Merlin called.
The river landed the 6♥ and Merlin elected to lead for 700,000. Baqal remained in the tank for several minutes before choosing to fold.
Julien Duveau opened to 500,000 from under the gun and was called by Maxim Panyak on the button.
Duveau check-called for 350,000 on the Q♣Q♥2♥ flop before folding to a bet of 950,000 on the 8♥ turn.
The following hand, Pierre Merlin raised to 500,000 second to act. Panyak and Duveau called from the cutoff and the big blind.
Action checked to Panyak on the J♦9♣6♣ flop, and he fired out 650,000. Duveau made it 2,400,000 which folded out Merlin. Panyak opted to move all in for around 5,000,000 and was snap-called.
Maxim Panyak: 6♠6♥
Julien Duveau: 10♣8♣
Panyak had the lead with a set of sixes but Duveau was still very much alive thanks to his combo draw.
The 5♣ turn gave Duveau the flush, and the 3♥ river failed to fill Panyak up to bring the tournament to its final 12 players.
Scott Margereson raised to 500,000 from under the gun, the cutoff called, as did Bruno Benveniste in the big blind.
The action checked to Margereson, who bet out 550,000 on the Q♥6♠A♣ flop. Only Benveniste called.
The 5♥ turn saw Benveniste check again. Margereson bet out 1,900,000 and Benveniste called.
The Q♠ river saw Benveniste play out of flow, moving all in for 3,400,000 sending Margereson into the tank. Margereson thought for some time before finally making the call.
"Good call," announced Benveniste as he tabled 7♥6♥. Margereson won this pot with A♦J♦ for top pair.
Mateusz Moolhuizen opened to 500,000 from the hijack and called when Alin Grasu moved all in for 625,000 from the button.
Alin Grasu: K♠9♣
Mateusz Moolhuizen: 10♠10♦
The Q♣J♥2♣ flop gave Grasu a straight draw, which came in on the 10♥ turn. However, the 2♦ river gave Moolhuizen a full house to send out the Romanian in 15th place.
