Samuel Fournier opened 100,000 in the cutoff, and Ilija Savevski called on the button before Alin Grasu defended the big blind.
The dealer fanned a flop of 7♣6♦3♣, and once checked to Fournier continued for 115,000. Savevski raised to 375,000 and only Fournier made the call.
The 5♠ hit the turn, and Fournier check-called a bet of 675,000.
When the 3♦ completed the board, Fournier checked to Savevski who pushed a bet of 2,000,000 across the line. Fournier tanked before deciding to rip his entire stack of 3,175,000 into the middle, and Savevski called.
Fournier turned over 7♦5♦ for two pair, but was shown the bad news as Savevski tabled 6♥6♣ for a full house.
Almost immediately after, Savevski won another pot of about 1,300,000 with pocket kings against David Kaufmann on a 9♥5♦6♣7♥5♥ board.

French poker player Thomas Santerne had a monster stack moments ago but found himself on the wrong side of the rail. A majority of his stack went to chip leader Blaz Zerjav, who has been on an upward trajectory throughout the day.
The hand that saw Zerjav get the commanding lead was recapped by the players at the table.
Zerjav opened to 100,000 and called when Santerne three-bet to 450,000 from the small blind.
Zerjav called bets of 500,000 and 950,000 on the flop and turn for the board to read 9x7x4x6x5x. Santerne, with 1,700,000 behind, fired out 1,300,000. Zerjav moved all in and Santerne folded, leaving himself with 400,000.
A few hands later, Santerne was eliminated by another player.
