Barsegyan Pays Off Ladva

Level 6 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Heads-up on a board of 8J79, Ottomar Ladva bet 6,000 from the big blind and Eduard Barsegyan called under the gun.

Level 6 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Erik Seidel
Erik Seidel

Erik Seidel moved all in for 30,000 from under the gun and Timothy Adams called in the small blind.

Erik Seidel: J10
Timothy Adams: AQ

Seidel was behind and at risk heading to the river on a board of 7625, but he spiked the 10 to make a pair and double up.

At the same time on another table, Ottomar Ladva raised to 5,000, then called when Simon Mattsson moved his last 31,000 in from the button.

Simon Mattsson: 44
Ottomar Ladva: A7

The 282 flop gave Ladva the nut flush draw, which he completed on the Q turn. Mattsson needed to fill up on the river to survive but instead saw the 8 and was sent to the rail.

Tom Orpaz: AQ
Timothy Adams: JJ
