The flop came Q♥10♥8♦ and Martirosyan checked over to Orpaz, who bet 125,000. Martirosyan called and both players checked the Q♠ turn.

The 7♦ fell on the river and Martirosyan again checked. Orpaz this time bet 300,000 and Martirosyan immediately tossed in a chip to signify a call.

Orpaz showed 10♠10♦ for a full house and Martirosyan flashed A♦A♥ before mucking the massive pot.
