Following an open raise, Erick Marcos reraised to 6,300 and then Andrea Agnoletto moved all in for around 40,000. Marcos made the call and players flipped their cards. Players had similar stacks, but it was Agnoletto who was at risk.
Andrea Agnoletto: K♥Q♠
Erick Alex Goni Marcos: A♥8♠
"Ace eight?", said Agnoletto with a shrug.
The board ran out 9♥10♥10♠8♥K♦. Agnoletto paired his king on the river. Marcos let out a cry of distress.
"Ace eight, it was a fold," said Agnoletto as he scooped the pot, leaving Marcos with just 1,000 behind. Marcos has since been eliminated from the tournament.
