Mantor Leads the Pack; Yotsushika Chips Up

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

A medium-sized pot emerged to the {j-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} turn on which Kazuhiko Yotsushika bet big for 100,000 out of the big blind. Jussi Nevanlinna went into the tank and the clock was called on him. Thirty seconds ran down without any decision and the hand of the Finn as declared dead as Yotsushika chipped up once more.

A few tables over, Didrik Mantor appears to be the current chip leader and he has several shorter stacks fighting for survival. Two of them were involved in the pot just now when Matas Cimbolas min-raised to 6,000 and Natalia Samsonova three-bet jammed for 23,000. Cimbolas tanked and folded eventually.

Samsonova won the pot but bowed out soon after.
