Heath Down but Not Out

Level 3 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Daniel Dvoress raised it up on the button and was called by Ben Heath and Orpen Kisacikoglu in the blinds. The flop came {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and the action checked to Dvoress who bet 2,500. Both Heath and Kisacikoglu called to see the {10-Clubs} on the turn.

Both of the blinds checked again and Dvoress fired out a bet of 8,000. Heath still called, leaving himself with just 8,500 behind while Kisacikoglu folded.

The river was the {6-Hearts} and both players quickly tapped the table. Heath turned over {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for two pair and Dvoress was unable to beat it.

Thorel fired out another 6,000 and Kulev raised to 19,000 this time. Thorel called and the {4-Hearts} landed on the river. Thorel checked this time and Kulev jammed all in for 36,000. On the other table, Juan Pardo and Mike Watson were heads-up in the blinds on a board reading {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{3-Hearts}. Watson bet 10,000 on the turn and Pardo check-raised to 30,000 which Watson called.
