Kim Pulls The Trigger

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

In a battle of the blinds, a raise to 140,000 was in front of Gab Yong Kim in the big blind and Luke Marsh in the small blind then clicked it back to 450,000. Kim quickly moved all in for more than 2.6 million and Marsh folded, he was shown the {a-Spades}{k-Spades}.

Marsh then raised the button to 70,000 and Tomas Paiva in the big blind came along. On a flop of {q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}, Paiva check-folded to a 75,000-continuation bet.

Two hands later, Kim raised it up from the cutoff and Mikalai Pobal defended his big blind. A first barrel of 35,000 on the {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{q-Diamonds} flop was check-called by Pobal and he got out of the way on the {6-Hearts} turn when Kim made it 200,000 to go.
