Osipov Crashes Out Against Panchenko

Artur Osipov had been playing with fire and sheer aggression throughout the event so far and kept true to that on Day 3 as well. It vaulted him to more than 1.3 million but all that came to a crushing end just now in a massive pot against Natalia Panchenko and Dmitry Ponomarov.

Panchenko had raised to 35,000 in the last level and was called by Osipov in the cutoff and Ponomarov three-bet the small blind to80,000, both called. Ponomarov led the flop for 110,000 and picked up two calls. The turn was checked and Ponomarov check-folded to a bet of Pamnchenko for 225,000 and the shove of Osipov on the river.
