Imsirovic Shoves

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Ali Imsirovic
Ali Imsirovic

Ali Imsirovic sat on the button and had a bet of 40,000 in front of him and small blind Renjun Yang had 125,000 in front of him. They were laughing and joking before Imsirovic pushed all in for 625,000. Yang and Imsirovic kept on joking before Yang said he had a big ace and he showed the {a-Spades} before folding.

Imsirovic said he had a big ace too and showed the {a-Clubs}, but he then let fate decide about showing his kicker. He put the cards between his fingers and propelled them in the air and the {j-Spades} flipped face-up on the table.

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Ari Engel
Ari Engel

Canadian crusher Ari Engel has been nurturing a short stack for the vast majority of this tournament, but once again was able to get back from the danger zone to a bit more workable stack.

It was Luis Dono who opened to 40,000 in the hijack and Engel who three-bet shoved behind him for 230,000. Dono called with {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs} but couldn't hit against Engel's {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} on an {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{5-Spades}{3-Diamonds} board and forked part of his stack over to "BodogAri".
