Jiang Leaves Abouaf Short

Then, it was Honglin Jiang that raised on the button to 45,000 and Dan Abouaf defended his big blind. On a flop of , Abouaf checked and called a first barrel of 60,000 by Jiang. The on the turn brought a second flush draw and Abouaf checked. Jiang now made it 125,000 to go and Abouaf opted to check-raise to 280,000. Jiang called and the duo headed to the river.
Abouaf bet 325,000 with some 210,000 behind and Jiang used one time bank extension before tossing in a single chip for the call. Abouaf turned over his for second pair and a busted gutshot, which Jiang had beat with the for top pair.
