Peters Pains Panyak; Chisu Doubles Through Chaieb

Level 18 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

On a five-way flop of {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts} no betting action took place and David Peters then bet the {3-Hearts} turn for 75,000 out of the small blind, which only Maxim Panyak on the button called. The {9-Clubs} fell on the river and Peters let his clock run down to three seconds before making it 120,000 to go.

Panyak used one time bank extension and called, then mucked when he was shown the {4-Spades}{3-Spades} for two pair by Peters.

One table over, Ali Chaieb raised to 22,000 and Danut Chisu jammed in the small blind for 50,000, Chaieb snap-called and tabled the {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}. Chisu only had {A-Clubs}{2-Spades} but got there thanks to a board of {Q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades}{A-Hearts}{3-Clubs}.
