Pecheux's Run Continues

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante
Erwann Pecheux
Erwann Pecheux

Late on Day 2, Erwann Pecheux hit basically everything and skyrocketed his stack into the top 10. Day 3 pretty much starts the same way and he is up to more than half a million, latest victim was Maksim Kolosov.

Pecheux defended in the blinds and check-called a continuation bet on the {8-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop. On the {10-Diamonds} turn, Pecheux bet 26,500 and was called by the Russian before making it another 53,500 to go on the {2-Clubs} river.

Kolosov just flat-called and was shown {J-Hearts}{9-Spades} for the turned nuts, flashing his {5-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for the flopped nut straight ... ouch.
