Kolonias Scrapes Into the Lead

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 25,000 ante

Two limped pots in a row saw Alexandru Papazian bet the flop and take it down right there. In the third one however, Papazian bet the {9-Spades}{8-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop for 200,000 and Alexandros Kolonias check-called. The {7-Hearts} turn and {5-Diamonds} river were checked and Kolonias showed {9-Hearts}{2-Spades} as winning hand.

Shortly after, Kolonias min-raised to 400,000 and Papazian three-bet to 1 million. Kolonias called and did so again for 700,000 on the {9-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop. On the {3-Hearts} turn, Papazian slowed down and checked, Kolonias took down the hand with a bet worth 1.3 million.
